I came to Carrie because I wanted to establish a routine that I could follow around eating healthy, exercising, and getting better sleep – all of which I was struggling with and needed a push. I liked that Carrie let me set my own min-goals and gave me suggestions and ideas on how to incorporate them during the day while keeping them achievable.
